Company History:
Italgrani USA was incorporated in 1979 and began in the U.S. with a small office in Minneapolis. Shortly thereafter, the grain elevator was purchased in St. Louis, and in 1987, the durum wheat mill was built next to the grain elevator. Mayco Export, Inc. was acquired in 1988, and we began purchasing grain elevator operations in North Dakota, starting in 1989.
