Durum Milling Operation in St. Louis:
Semolina and durum wheat flours (including patent, extra fancy patent, first clears and second clears) are sold both in bulk and bags at our mill in St. Louis. We can ship in bulk, by rail or truck and also can ship in 50 or 100 pound bags via truck, boxcar or intermodel transportation.
We manufacture our semolina and durum flour products to the exact specifications of our customer. Please contact us with your specific needs.
We also produce durum wheat midds, as well as durum wheat germ through the milling process. The wheat midds are sold in either bulk or pelleted form, and can be shipped via truck or railcar. The durum wheat germ is packaged in 50 pound bags.

Grain Merchandising on the Minneapolis Grain Exchange:
Our group of experienced grain traders at Mayco Export, Inc. handle a wide variety of the grains marketed on the Minneapolis Grain Exchange. The grains handled include Durum and spring wheat, winter wheat, barley, canola, sunflowers and the other crops typically grown in the North Dakota and eastern Montana growing areas.
As a grain commission trading firm, and a member of the Minneapolis Grain Exchange, Mayco Export, Inc. works with our customers (a large number of grain elevators in the upper Midwest) to secure the best market prices for the commodities that are being sold.
