Italgrani USA operates in four states, with operations strategically placed to locate raw materials, or provide finished products for our customers. Our headquarters are located in St. Louis, Missouri and we have grain elevator operations in North Dakota, a trading operation in Minneapolis, Minnesota and a leased milling facility near Boston, Massachusetts.

St. Louis, Missouri
The heart of our industrial operations is located here, with a 4 million bushel grain elevator and one of the world's largest single line durum wheat mills (daily capacity of 15,600 cwt of prime product per day). This mill was originally built in 1987 and has been expanded several times since the initial construction, as well as being continuously updated with new milling technology.

The large grain elevator allows us to obtain substantial quantities of the various qualities of durum wheat to meet our customer quality requirements. We regularly source durum wheat from the traditional durum growing areas (North Dakota and Montana) and also from Canada, Mexico and the desert southwest of America.

North Dakota
A key element of our durum wheat origination operations are our three grain elevator locations in this state. North Dakota has historically been the single largest domestic producer of durum wheat, and our elevators are located in key areas where durum wheat is grown.

Minneapolis, Minnesota
The Minneapolis Grain Exchange is the only Exchange in the United States that regularly handles the trading of durum wheat. This is the reason that we own a commission trading company (Mayco Export, Inc.) located in the same building as the Exchange.
