North Dakota Careers

Location Managers

In charge of working grain scales, grain merchandising working closely with General Manager. In charge of employees at location with daily activities including sales, services, employee safety, state and federal compliance. Interviews with General Manager.

Agronomist

Plan and initiate strategies for agronomic activities / policies. Decide product line, inventories, pricing and tracking of products offered for sale, fertilizer, seed and herbicide. Execute strategies and promote sales on products offered. Consultation with growers on services and products offered.

Grain Secretary

Bookkeeping duties involving grain transactions with grain buying, selling and transporting. Computer knowledge.

Truck/Train Loader

Understanding all aspects of dumping customer trucks in proper bins and loading rail cars / trucks with proper weights and grades.

Grain Grading Manager

Working grain scales and grading customer grain determining discounts and premiums.

Driveway Attendants

Understanding grain elevator dumping procedures and assisting customer truck unloading. Performing minor plant repair, assist in agronomy busy season, truck driving, planting season seed movement. Elevator sanitation.

Yard Maintenance

Keep grounds clean of grain debris, weed control and general cleaning, assisting in maintenance.

St. Louis Careers

Shift Miller

This individual is the lead supervisor over the production operation of the mill during his/her respective shift. The job requires good managerial skills and a complete knowledge of the milling operations. This job involves shift work.

Sweeper

This is an entry level position in the mill, and involves cleaning various locations and machinery in the production area, as well as specific assigned tasks by the shift miller as necessary. This job involves shift work.

Mechanic

The mill mechanics are responsible for the repairing of, and the maintaining of the various milling equipment in top operating condition. Good mechanical skills, basic knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems, the ability to work with other people, as well as problem solving are critical skills in this job.

Loadout Employee

This individual works to ship out the finished product of the mill. This job involves working around trucks and railcars, and requires good team working skill. This job involves shift work.

Lab

The mill has a fully equipped food grade lab, where raw materials, work in process and finished goods are tested to ensure all of our finished goods are fully compliant with customers requirements and comply with all applicable laws. This job involves shift work.
